charge.Energyconsumptionvariesduetooperatingcharacteristics,accessories,turf,terrain,adjustments,andtemperature.
Thewarrantyprogramincludestwowarrantycoveragelevels:
Warrantycoverage-Tier#1:Fullwarrantycoverageappliestothersttwoyears(730days)fromproductpurchaseinvoicedateor820kWhofbattery
output,whicheveroccursrst.IfawarrantablefailureoccursduringTier1,Torowillreplacethebatterywithaneworremanufacturedbatteryatnocharge
toyou.Thisincludesdiagnostics,labor,parts,andtransportation.Thereplacementbatteryretainstheremainderoftheoriginalbatterywarranty.
WarrantyCoverage-Tier#2-7:Duringtheremaining3yearsor1925kWh,whicheveroccursrst,aprorated“PartOnly”warrantyapplies.This
coverageexcludesdiagnostics,labor,andtransportation.WarrantycoverageisbasedonthetablebelowusingdaysinserviceandkWh,whicheveris
greater,todeterminethecorrectTier.Ifawarrantablefailureoccursduringtier2-7,theproratedwarrantyallowsreplacementofadefectivebatterywitha
newbatterywherethecustomerpaysonlyfortheportionofbatteryenergyconsumed.Anewreplacementbatterypurchasedwithacustomercontribution
receivesfullTier#1warrantycoverage.Thenewbatteryrequiresregistration.

1.Abatteryfailsat1400daysand1150kWh.Daysinservice=Tier#5because1400daysislessthan1460days.kWh=Tier#3because1150
kWhislessthan1200kWh.SelectTier#5because5isgreaterthan3(whicheverisgreater).
2.Abatteryfailsat900daysand1300kWh.Daysinservice=Tier#2because900daysislessthan910days.kWh=Tier#4because1300kWhis
lessthan1390kWh.SelectTier#4because4isgreaterthan2(whicheverisgreater).
YourToroDistributorestablishestheretailcostofthebatteryandthiscostincludesthecurrentbatterycost,freight,tax,duty,andhandling.
