1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,stoptheengine,
andremovetheignitionkey.
2.Openthefronthood.
3.Cleantheexteriorofthebatterycaseandthebattery
posts.
Note:Connecttheleadsofthebatterychargerto
batterypostsbeforeconnectingthechargertothe
electricalsource.
4.Lookatthebatteryandidentifythepositiveand
negativebatteryposts.
5.Connectthepositiveleadofthebatterychargertothe
positivebatterypost(Figure130).
