What to do if the engine cranks but doesn't start on my Toro Paint Sprayer?

If your Toro Paint Sprayer engine cranks but doesn't start, the fuel tank might be empty; if so, fill it with fresh fuel. Alternatively, there might be dirt, water, or stale fuel in the fuel system, requiring you to drain and flush the system before adding fresh fuel. Another potential issue is a clogged fuel line, which would need cleaning or replacement. For problems with the kill relay or starter switch, contact your Authorized Service Dealer.

Why is my Toro Paint Sprayer engine losing power?

If your Toro Paint Sprayer engine is losing power, start by checking the crankcase oil level and adjust it to the Full mark. A dirty air cleaner element can also cause this, so replace it if needed. Additionally, ensure that there is no dirt, water, or stale fuel in the fuel system by draining and flushing it, then adding fresh fuel. If the engine is overheating, refer to the Engine Overheats section. Replacing the fuel cap may resolve the issue if the vent hole in the fuel tank vent fitting is plugged. For low compression issues, contact your Authorized Service Dealer.
