ServiceInterval:Aftertherst25hours—Checkthe
bladedrivebeltadjustment.
Every50hours—Adjusttheblade
drivebelt.
1.Removethemower;refertoRemovingtheMower.
Note:Youmustremovethemowertoadjustthe
bladedrivebeltproperly.
2.RemovetheV-beltpulleyandtheidlerarmassembly
(Figure39).
3.Removethebeltcover.
4.Loosenthe2hexnutsontheidlerpulley(Figure33).

Maintenance
RemovingtheGrassCollector
1.Use2handstotipthegrasscollectorforward
(Figure34).

2.Carefullyslidetheassemblyrearwardoffthesupport
brackets.
InstallingtheGrassCollector
1.Liftthegrasscollectorassemblywith2hands.
2.Tipthecollectorforwardapproximately40degrees
andslideitontothe2supportbracketsattherearof
themachine(Figure34).
Note:Ensurethatthearrowonthetopofthegrass
collectoralignswiththearrowonthemachine.The
mowerwillnotfunctionwhenthegrasscollectorisnot
inplace.
CleaningtheGrassCollector
andTunnel
1.Disengagetheblades(PTO).
2.Settheparkingbrake.
3.Stoptheengineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
4.Removetheignitionkey.
5.Removethegrasscollector;refertoRemovingthe
GrassCollector.
6.Cleanthecollectorbagwithpressurizedwater.
7.Wipetheareaaroundthefull-bagsensor.
