5.Insertthekeyintothekeyswitchandturnitto
theONposition.
Note:Themachinemayhavedifcultystartingunder
severecoldconditions.Whenstartingacoldmachine,
keepthemachineabove-18°C(0°F).
Note:Whenthemachinetemperatureisbelow
-1°C(30°F),thecold-startsymbolwillappearonthe
InfoCenterwhilethehydraulicuidwarms.Hydraulic
functionmaybereducedduringthistime.The
cold-startsymboldisappearswhentheuidiswarm.

3.Ensurethattheloader-arm/attachment-tiltlever

4.TurnthekeyswitchtotheOFFpositionand
removethekey.
Note:Theparkingbrakeengagesautomatically
whenyoustopthemachineandreleasethetraction
controltotheNEUTRALposition.
CAUTION
Childrenorbystandersmaybeinjuredifthey
moveorattempttooperatethemachinewhile
itisunattended.
Alwaysremovethekeywhenleavingthe
machineunattended.
SleepMode
After30secondsofinactivity,themachinegoesinto
sleepmodeanddisplaysthesleepmodeiconon
theInfoCenter.Hydraulicsandtractioncontrolsare
disabledduringsleepmode.
Toresumenormaloperation,rapidlymovethetraction
controltwice.
After5minutes,themachineshutsoff;cyclethekey
tostartthemachineagain.

InstallinganAttachment
Important:UseonlyToro-approvedattachments.
Attachmentscanchangethestabilityandthe
operatingcharacteristicsofthemachine.The
warrantyofthemachinemaybevoidedifyouuse
themachinewithunapprovedattachments.
Important:Beforeinstallingtheattachment,
ensurethatthemountplatesarefreeofanydirtor
debrisandthatthepinsrotatefreely.Ifthepins
donotrotatefreely,greasethem.
1.Positiontheattachmentonalevelsurfacewith
enoughspacebehindittoaccommodatethe
machine.
2.Startthemachine.
3.Tilttheattachmentmountplateforward.
4.Positionthemountplateintotheupperlipofthe
attachmentreceiverplate.
