•Store/parkthemachineinaclean,drygarageor
storagearea,awayfromdirectsunlight,heat
sources,rain,andwetconditions.Donotstore
itinalocationwherethetemperatureexceedsthe
rangespeciedinBatteryStorageRequirements
(page38).
Important:Temperaturesoutsideofthisrange
willdamageyourbatteries.Hightemperatures
duringstorage,especiallyatahighstateof
charge,reducesthelifeofthebatteries.
•Whenstoringthemachineformorethan10days,
ensurethatthemachineisinacoolanddry
location,outofsunlight,rain,andwetconditions.
•Ifyouareusingthemachinehotconditionsorin
strong,directsunlight,thebatterymayoverheat.
Ifthishappens,ahigh-temperaturealertappears
ontheInfoCenterandmachinefunctionalitymay
bereduced.
