Youcanreplaceahydraulicsolenoidvalvecoilontheliftcontrolvalve(Figure
174)withoutopeningthehydraulicsystem.
RemovingtheLiftControlValveSolenoidValveCoils
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingdeck,settheparking
brake,shutofftheengine,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Locatethesolenoidvalvecoilthatyoureplace.RefertoFigure174forthe
locationofsolenoidcoilsontheliftcontrolvalve.
3.Disconnectthewireharnesselectricalconnectorfromthesolenoidvalve
coilthatyoureplace.
4.Removethenutfromthehydraulicvalve.
5.Slidethesolenoidcoilfromthevalve.
6.Cleananycorrosionordirtfromthevalve.
