Checktheair-cleanerbodyfordamage,whichcould
causeanairleak.Replaceitifitisdamaged.Check
thewholeintakesystemforleaks,damage,orloose
hoseclamps.
Servicetheair-cleanerlteronlywhentheservice
indicatorrequiresit(Figure88).Changingtheairlter
beforeitisnecessaryonlyincreasesthechanceof
dirtenteringtheenginewhenyouremovethelter.
