1.Engagetheparkingbrake.
2.Engagethechoke.
Note:Awarmorhotenginemaynotrequire
choking.Youmayneedtorepeatthestarting
cyclewhenyoustarttheengineforthersttime
afteryouhavelledacompletelyemptyfuel
systemwithfuel.
Note:Letthemachinestayatlowidlefor
3minuteswhenstartingthemachineina
temperaturebelow30°F.
3.MovethethrottlebetweentheFASTandSLOW
positions.
4.TurnthekeyswitchtotheSTARTposition.
5.Whentheenginestarts,disengagethechoke.
Important:Donotengagethestarterformore
than5secondsatatime.Iftheenginefailstostart,
allowa15-secondcool-downperiodbetween
attempts.Failuretofollowtheseinstructionscan
burnoutthestarter.

1.Positionthemachinewhereyouintendtodump
theload.
2.Turnthehopperleftorrightbypushingtheleft
orrightsideoftheswivelswitch.
3.Dumpthehopperbypushingthetopofthe
dumpswitch.
4.Lowerthehopperbypushingthebottomofthe
dumpswitch.
Note:Ifyouholdthebottomoftheswitch
0.2to1.3seconds,thehopperfullylowers
automatically.
