Check the thermostat if the engine temperature is low. Check the fuse, glow plugs, and wiring if the glow plugs are inoperative.

  If your Toro Compact Loader isn't driving, first disengage the parking brake. Then, check the hydraulic fluid level and add fluid to the reservoir if it's low. Close the tow valves if they are open and move the flow-divider valve lever to the 12 o'clock to 10 o'clock position if it is in 9 o'clock position.
