ClosingtheTailgate
Ifyouunloadedloosematerialsuchassand,landscapingrock,
orwoodchipsfromthecargoboxofthemachine,somethe
materialthatyouunloadedmayhavelodgedinthehinge
areaofthetailgate.Performthefollowingbeforeclosingthe
tailgate.
1.Useyourhandstoremoveasmuchofthematerial
fromthehingeareaaspossible.
2.Rotatethetailgatetoapproximately45°position
(Figure12).

andforthseveraltimes(Figure12).

4.Lowerthetailgateandcheckformaterialremainingin
