Important:Youwillneedtoobtaintoolnumber
TORO6010fromyourToroDistributortoperformthis
procedure.
Thetoe-inshouldbe0to6mm(0to1/4inch)andthe
cambershouldbe0+1/2degree,i.e.,thebottomofthewheel
rimsangledin2.3mm(0.09inch)morethanthetop,withthe
followingparameters:
Checkthetirepressuretoensurethatthefronttiresare
inatedto82kPa(12psi).
Either,addweighttothedriver'sseatequaltotheaverage
operatorwhowillrunthemachine,orhaveanoperator
sitontheseat.Theweightoroperatormustremainon
theseatforthedurationoftheprocedure.
Onalevelsurface,rollthemachinestraightback2to3
m(6to10ft)andthenstraightforwardtotheoriginal
startingposition.Thiswillallowthesuspensiontosettle
intotheoperatingposition.
Measurethetoe-inwiththewheelsfacingstraightahead.
1.Tocheckthecamber,placea90degreesquareonthe
groundwiththeverticaledgetouchingthefaceofthe
tire(Figure44).
