Banner Page Outputted to Inner Tray
Problem Description
A banner page that is created by NetWare, UNIX, and Windows operating systems is outputted
to the inner tray.
Corrective Action
A banner page is always outputted to the tray that is set for “Raw jobs - Default Output Tray” in
the Printers setting page of TopAccess. To change the tray for banner pages, change the tray for
the “Raw jobs - Default Output Tray” setting.
