Setting an original
Setting an original on the original glass
This section describes how to set an original on the original glass. Originals are sent in the
order they are placed on the original glass.
Do not place any heavy objects (4 kg/9 lb. or over) on the original glass and do not press
on it with force.
Breaking the glass could injure you.

Raise the Original Cover or RADF, and place the original with its
face down on the glass.
Raise it 60 degrees or more to detect the original size with AUTO SIZES function (this
function is only available for e-STUDIO2809A Series).
