4. Remove six M2x3 screws that secure the LCD hinge assembly to the LCD panel and then
remove the LCD hinge assembly.

5. Turn the LCD module over and place it face down on a protective surface, such as a foam
pad.
6. Remove the tape and VLDS cable connector. Then detach the VLDS cable.
