Function This signal turns on after the stop of 1-cycle automatic
operation only when the CYCLE signal is made valid in the
program execution (RUN) mode and an automatic operation is
executed.
This signal can always be used, irrespective of the master
mode selected by means of the MODE switch.

Cautions
1. This signal turns off when the RUN mode takes effect.
2. This signal turns on also when the cycle operation has
been stopped by the STOP, BREAK or ALARM signal.
