1 Open the cover and connect a USB
memory.

2 Press the “SETUP” button.
3 Select “General”.
4 Select “Restore contact backup
from USB”.
5 Check that a progress bar is being dis-
played while the data loading is in
progress.
6 Check that a confirmation screen is
displayed when the operation is com-
plete.

MEMORY
Backed-up data can be transferred
from a USB memory to this system.
Transferred entries will be stored in the
“Stored” list on the “My Destinations”
screen and “Contacts” screen.

Downloading may not complete cor-
rectly in the following cases:
• Vehicles with a smart entry & start sys-
tem: If the power <engine> switch is
turned off during downloading.
• Vehicles without a smart entry & start
system: If the engine switch is turned
to the “LOCK” position during down-
loading.
• If the USB memory is removed before
downloading is complete
