5-2. Emergency measures
■About the emergency repair kit
●The emergency repair kit is for inflating automobile tires.
●The puncture repair solution has an expiration date. The expiration date is
displayed on the bottle. Replace with a new bottle before it expires. Please
contact your Toyota dealer for replacement.
●One tire can be repaired once with one puncture repair liquid bottle. Please
contact your Toyota dealer to replace the used tank repair liquid. The compressor
can be used repeatedly.
●Outside air temperature is -30° °C-60° °It can be used in C.
●Only for tires installed on vehicles equipped with an emergency repair kit. Do not use for tires other
than the specified tire size or for other purposes.
●If the puncture repair liquid adheres to your clothes, it may cause stains.
●If the puncture repair liquid adheres to the wheel or body, it may not be
removed if left unattended. Wipe off immediately with a wet cloth.
●There is a loud noise while the emergency repair kit is operating, but this is not a malfunction.
●Do not use it to check or adjust tire pressure.

■When the tire is flat
Do not continue driving with flat tires.
Riding on flat tires, even for short distances, can damage the tires and wheels and make
them irreparable. If you continue to drive with a flat tire, a circumferential groove may be
formed on the side of the tire. If you use the emergency repair kit in this state, there is a
risk of the tire exploding.
