A: Der Wegsensor wird direkt mit dem Gewinde oder einer
Mutter mit der Halterung fixiert, mit einem
Anzugsdrehmoment von < 50 Nm.
Das Befestigungsmaterial für den Wegsensor und Positions-
sensor B sollte unbedingt aus nicht magnetisierbarem
Material bestehen.
C: Wird magnetisierbares Befestigungsmaterial verwendet,
muss ein Abstandshalter aus nicht magnetisierbarem Mate-
rial mit 10mm Dicke und min. 3mm größer im Abstand zum
Umfang des Positionssensors vorgesehen werden. Der Ab-
standshalter ist zwischen dem Positionssensor und dessen
Befestigung zu montieren. Die Befestigungsschrauben
müssen aus nicht magnetisierbarem Werkstoff sein.
D: Empfohlen wird die Hydraulikabdichtung an der
Flanschanlagefläche mittels O-Ring in einer
Zylinderbodennut. Es kann die Abdichtung auch mit einem
O-Ring in der Gewindeauslaufnut erfolgen.
Diese Daten gelten alternativ auch für den Wegsensor LP-38
ohne Messschlitten!
A: The linear transducer is fixed directly with the thread or
a nut/mother with the mounting plate, with one attraction
moment of < 50 Nm.
The mounting material for the way sensor and position
sensor B should absolutely consist of not magnetizable
material.
C: If magnetizable mounting material is used, a spacer from
not magnetizable material with 10mm thickness and min.
3mm must be planned more largely in the distance to the
extent of the position sensor. The spacer is to be installed
between the position sensor and its attachment. The screws
must be from not magnetizable material.
D: The hydraulic sealing at the flange contact surface is
recommended by means of O-ring in a cylinder soil groove.
It can take place the sealing also with an O-ring in the
thread runout groove.
These data apply alternatively also to the way sensor LP-38
without measuring slide!
E E: Horinzontal eingebaute Messstäbe > 1,5 m lang sollten
abgestützt und ein im Umfang offener Positionssensor
eingesetzt werden.
F: Optional kann der Wegsensor an der Rohrspitze mit
einem Sacklochgewinde M4x5 geliefert werden. Dies kann
zur Spitzenlagerung verwendet werden.
E: Horinzontal inserted rods > 1.5 m long should be
supported and a position sensor open to the extent be used.
F: Optionally the linear transducer can be supplied at the
tubing point with a blind hole thread M4x5. This can be used
for the rod end bearing.
