MAINTENANCE
This jig has been designed to operate over a
long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. Continual satisfactory operation
depends upon proper tool care and regular
cleaning.
Cleaning
Regularly clean the jig with a soft cloth.
Lubrication
Your jig requires no additional lubrication.
Position the
horizontal timber
tight to the
underside of the
top plate.
Then clamp it
securely using
a vertical timber
piece as a
support.
Plunge rout the
holes as before.
Use the short
plate for an
alternative
formation of
holes.
