Maintenance and Adjustment
Remove the rider’s seat (see page 47).
Disconnect the battery, negative (black) lead
first.
The brake/tail light bulb holder can be
located underneath the rear mudguard.
Rotate the bulb holder counter-clockwise to
release it from the lamp body.
To remove the bulb from the holder, gently
press inwards and twist counter-clockwise.
Installation of the bulb is the reverse of the
removal procedure.

Bulb Replacement
1. Screwdriver
Use a flat bladed screwdriver to carefully
remove the lens from the indicator to gain
access to the bulb for replacement.
Caution
When reconnecting the battery, connect
the positive (red) lead first.
