If your TSC Barcode Reader is not printing, first reconnect the interface cable to ensure it's properly connected. If using a serial port, ensure the cable is pin-to-pin connected or replace it. Verify that the serial port settings are consistent between the host and printer, and correct the printer port in the Windows driver. Also, ensure the Ethernet IP, subnet mask, and gateway are configured correctly.

If your TSC Barcode Reader has a paper jam, calibrate the gap/black mark sensor. Ensure the label size is correctly set in your labeling software. Also, check for and remove any labels stuck inside the printer mechanism near the sensor area.
