  If you're experiencing audio drops, popping, or clicking sounds with your Turtle Beach Headphone, it may be due to poor Wi-Fi transmission. To resolve this, stay within 30 feet of the transmitter. Also, make sure that there are no walls or large objects between the headset and the transmitter. Finally, ensure that the transmitter is clear of obstructions and isolated from Wi-Fi base stations or other potential sources of interference.

  If your Turtle Beach Headphone has no sound, first ensure that the headset is powered on and the Headset Power LED is illuminated. Next, check the battery level and recharge the headset if it's low. Also, increase the game volume by pressing the Game Volume Up Button on the headset. Make sure all connections are secure. If using a game console or computer, verify that the transmitter is firmly connected, and the USB Transmitter Cable and Digital Optical Cable are completely seated at both ends. For mobile use, ensure the Mobile Cable plugs are firmly seated in both the headset and the mobile device.
