Make sure that airflow to the front grille is not obstructed. Also, the temperature setting might not be cold enough; try adjusting the temperature controller to a colder setting and allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize. In some cases, this issue can be caused by the light staying on, in which case you should call for service. Dirty condenser coils can also cause this problem and require cleaning.
