(4) 사절종료정지 (Thread trimmer complete s top)
★ 사절신호가 끊어지면 사절솔레노이드⑨가 복귀 하고, 스프 링ꊉꊒ에 의해 사절캠레버(조)⑦를 밀고, 사절캠⑧에서 사절캠레버
(조)⑦의 롤러축 이 떨어집니다.
★ 스프링ꊉꊖ에 의해 사절연 결로 드ꊉꊕ
․이동칼잡이④를 원래 위치(화살표방향)로 복귀시킵니다.
★ When the thread trimmer signal is turned off, the thread trimmer s olenoid⑨ retracts and the thread trimmer cam lever
springꊉꊒ pushes the thread trimmer cam lever assembly⑦. Then the roller shaft of the thread trimmer cam lever
assembly⑦ moves away from the thread trimmer clutch⑧ and returns to its original position.
★ The thread trimmer lever springꊉꊖ returns the thread trimmer rodꊉꊕ and the movable knife holder④ to their original
positions (in the direction of the arrow).
(5) 사절안정장치 (Thread trimmer s afety device)
★ 이동칼①이 원래의 위치로 복귀하지 않을 때는 사절캠레버(조)⑦의 복귀핀(좌측)과 사절캠⑧에 의해 이동칼①을 바늘과
닿지 않는 위치까지 복귀시킵니다.
★ If the movable knife① does not completely retract, the pin of the thread trimmer cam lev er a ssembly⑦ and the thread
trimmer clutch⑧ automatically carry the movable knife① to a pisition where it will not strike the needle.
