What causes Module Failure in Unipower Aspiro 1U Power Supply?
    • J
      James MartinezAug 25, 2025
A Module Failure in Unipower Power Supply can be caused by a faulty module, AC being OFF on a single rectifier (if more than one rectifier is installed), a rectifier current sharing fault, low DC output voltage, overvoltage shutdown, module fan failure, or the module overheating. Check if the module sends an alarm flag. Verify the AC voltage to the failed module. Try re-inserting the faulty module and wait for 30 seconds. If problems persist, replace the faulty module.

What to do if Unipower Aspiro 1U shows Mains Error?
    • J
      Jason LongAug 26, 2025
If your Unipower Power Supply shows a Mains Error, it means the AC supply is OFF on one rectifier in a system with only one plugged-in rectifier, or OFF on at least two rectifiers in a system with a minimum of two rectifiers plugged in. Make sure the AC input breaker is ON and verify the AC input connection.

Why is my Unipower Aspiro 1U Power Supply showing High System Voltage?
    • D
      Dennis Nelson Jr.Aug 26, 2025
If your Unipower Power Supply is experiencing high system voltage, it could be due to a module failure or the system voltage exceeding the set limit. Replace the faulty module and check the High Voltage Alarm limit setting.

How to fix Communication Failure on Unipower Aspiro 1U?
    • P
      Paula SmithSep 16, 2025
If the Unipower Power Supply displays a 'Communication Failure,' it could be due to a module failure, modules not installed in the correct position, or a broken/disconnected communication wire. Check the non-communicating address; if a rectifier address doesn't communicate, reinstall the module and wait 5 minutes. Verify the communication cable is properly connected and undamaged, replacing it if necessary. For a non-communicating board address, check if it's installed; if so, replace the board. If there's a non-communicating module/unit, remove its address from the controller only if you're sure you no longer use it. Verify the controller is operating properly; if not, replace it.

What should I do if Unipower Power Supply shows Battery Fuse Failure?
    • T
      Thomas EllisSep 3, 2025
If your Unipower Power Supply reports a Battery Fuse Failure, it's likely due to a tripped load breaker or a blown load fuse. Verify there is no short circuit in the load or battery cabling and ensure the breaker/fuse is correctly rated. Reset the breaker; if it trips again, there is a problem with the load, battery, or the breaker itself. Replace the breaker/fuse if necessary.

How to resolve Communication Failure on Unipower Power Supply?
    • J
      jmillsAug 31, 2025
If your Unipower Power Supply is showing a Communication Failure, it could be due to a module failure, modules not installed in the correct position, or a broken/disconnected communication wire. Check the non-communicating address. If the rectifier address does not communicate, reinstall the module and wait for 5 minutes. Verify the communication cable is properly connected and not damaged; replace it if necessary. If the board address does not communicate, check if it is installed in the system; if it is, replace the board. If there is a non-communicating module or unit, remove the non-communicating address from the controller only if you are sure you do not use them anymore. Verify if the controller is operating properly; if not, replace it.
