This Document Supports IM-UPS 5.0 and Higher
Power Chassis Assembly
The power supply chassis regulates the input voltages used by the machine
control system as well as the various machine indicators, switches, motors
and solenoids. The power supply chassis contains the circuit breakers and
fuses which protect these circuits.
Function of Power Chassis Fuses

protects the power supply and related down
line equipment.
7FU INTERLOCK
Fuse 7FU (3 amp, 250V fast acting)
protects the 24VAC safety circuit.
2FU Ext E-STOP
Fuse 2FU (1/4 amp, 250V slow blow)
protects the 12VDC power supply from
external elevator short circuits.
8FU 12VDC
Fuse 8FU (10 amp, 250V slow blow)
protects the unswitched 12VCD wiring.
3FU 56V
Fuse 3FU (4 amp, 125V slow blow)
protects the 56VDC transformer primary
and related down line equipment.
9FU 12V SW
Fuse 9FU (10 amp, 250V slow blow)
protects the switched 12VCD output wiring.
4FU 24V PRI
Fuse 4FU (3 amp, 125V slow blow)
protects the 24VAC transformer primary
(2T) and related down line equipment.
10FU 56VDC
Fuse 10FU (10 amp, 250V slow blow)
protects the 56VDC output wiring.
5FU 24V SEC

protects the unswitched 24VAC output
wiring.

protects the switched 24VAC output wiring.

protects the 12VAC worklight wiring.
12FU 5VCD
Fuse 12FU (10 amp, 250V slow blow)
protects the 5 VDC output wiring.
