5. From the Cycle Mode group box, select Dry Cycle.
6. If components have been removed from the dispense heads, ensure the
Sequencer On check box is selected (checkmark visible) and go to
step 7.
If components are still in the dispense heads, clear the Sequencer On
check box (check mark not visible).
7. From the Products Defined list box, select the product to load.
8. (Optional) Enter the number of boards to process in the Requested
Count field.
9. Select OK.
10. Release (rotate) the E-Stop switch (Palm-up the machine).
11. Push INTLK RESET.
12. Push START.
Defragment the Hard Disk
Over time the hard disk for any computer system becomes fragmented. A
fragmented hard disk results in a decrease in computer speed. Universal
Instruments has successfully used GammaTech™ Utilities for OS/2 to
defragment the hard disk.
