13. Have a certified electrician provide power to the
seed treating system. Provide convenient shutdown
switches, comply with local electrical codes and ensure
that the system is properly grounded and bonded.
The USC system must be connected to the same
electrical requirements as specified in the main control
panel on the power requirement tag (right), or the
electrical schematic shipped with the piece of
equipment. This will power the USC system
including conveyors.
Control panel bracket is hinged to allow
access to the atomizer chamber.
Flexible conduit is recommended for
main power supply.
14. Reverse the previous steps when
removing the machine from its
working position.

12. Connect any conveyors into the seed treater control
panel. Ensure that the conveyors being used are
the same power ratings as the seed treater.
TREATER SET - UP
The starters and overloads located
in the seed treater panel are rated
for 5 HP motors. Do NOT plug any
conveyor into the seed treater that
exceeds 5 HP.
