16: Access Codes
If you choose Access Codes from the More
Choices option on the Main Menu, the Screen
will display some or all of the following choices
(depending upon your system needs).
Selecting Manager Codes will allow you to
program codes for up to six operators. Selecting
Enable Option for Operator Level will allow you
to choose which options from the Main Menu
will be accessible by the operator codes.
Type in the number of the option you would like
to program. The screen will display the previous
value selected and prompt you to enter the new
value. Type the new value and Press Enter.

For each option you select from the Access Codes Menu the screen will display the previous value selected
for that option and prompt you to enter the new value. The following table will help you decide what
values to enter.
Section 2: Representative View Access
1: Main Menu
The first screen displays the Representative View
Access Main Menu, which contains the
following choices.
Type in the number of the area you would like
to program.
