8. FAULT TRACKING
Fault Type Possible cause Checking
Fault 19 is active in Vacon CX The data cable connection
between control board and
fieldbus board is not working
Check the installation
- if installation is correct contact the
nearest Vacon distributor
Fault 27 is active in Vacon CX Profibus DP Master is not active
and the control source is fieldbus
Check the system Master device
UL led is not active (Supply Voltage,
Green).
The power cable connection
between control board and
fieldbus board is not working
Check the installation
- if installation is correct contact the
nearest Vacon distributor
DE led is active (Data Exchange not
Ready) and actual value n22 = 0
DE led is active (Data Exchange not
Ready) and actual value n 22 = 1
Fieldbus board has not received a
parameterization telegram or the
telegram is incorrect.
Bus wire break
Fieldbus board has not received a
configuration telegram or the
telegram is incorrect.
Check the configuration in the
Profibus DP master.
Check the bus cables
Check the type files (GSD)
