Handgun Switch Kit Installation and Operation
1. Connect the hose/handgun to the D4- E Unit.
2. Connect the 4-pin circular connector from the Handgun Switch Cable installed, to the mating
connector from the hose.
3. Turn ON the unit and wait for all zones to reach temperature and for the System Ready light to
come on.
4. Enable the Pump by pressing the Pump On/Off Key on the Keypad .
5. Pull the handgun trigger to activate the pump. Testing is successful when the pump is enabled
during the time the trigger is held.
Testing
To tell if the pump is enabled when the
trigger is held, listen for the sound of
the pump activating. Also, if there is
glue in the system, the handgun will
dispense glue.
