Evaporator Installation
It is important to consider the hose length, drain-hole location and client’s
application when mounting the evaporator. Make sure to leave space to run
hoses and attach fittings
• Decide on an appropriate location of the evaporator depending on the vans doors and
application
• Measure and mark the holes
• Make sure leaving enough room between evaporator and bulkhead (150mm) to install the
CPR valve
• Screw, self-tap or bolt the evaporator to the roof
• Seal all holes through the roof with silicone or sealant
Ensure proper reinforcement to the roof is done to prevent evaporator from
falling or damaging insulation
