Power Cables Installation
• Connect condenser fan and relay plugs.
• Guide the power, controller, and evaporator fan/temperature sensor wires down the roof
opening
Before drilling the next holes consider where the controller mounting position
is and how you plan to run the main power cables to the battery
Ensure all power wires are properly fused for their amp and environment
ratings. A poorly fused wire can result in fire and harm to the operator and
vehicle.
Attach cables to the main battery after all other electrical and contacts are
done. Check the polarity before installing the cables
• Cut / drill holes to power wire to the main
battery and controller wires to mounting
position
• Add a 150A fuse between the vehicle
battery and positive main wire
