Condenser mounting
Condenser unit is attached to the roof with mounting rubbers securely and all
the bolts are sealed with proper sealant.

Evaporator mounting
Evaporator unit is attached to the roof securely.

Evaporator wiring
All the plugs for the fans and temperature sensors are connected and
secured.

Refrigerant line
connection
Suction, discharge, and hot gas line are connected at both sides to the correct
port and all the fittings are tight.

Sealing the roof
Refrigerant lines opening on the roof is capped and sealed properly with
proper sealant.

Battery charging cables
attachment
Charging cable is secured properly to the truck frame and fused at the main
battery (away from exhaust, moving parts, sharp edges)

Terminal block
connection
All the connections on the terminal block are tight.
8
Energy stabilizer
connection
Energy stabilizer is fused and connected to the terminal block safely.

Stand by charger
mounting
Charger is mounted securely and there is enough room around it for air
circulation

Stand by charger
connection
Charger is connected through the charging cables properly, and grounded to
the truck frame properly.

Controller mounting
Controller unit is mounted properly inside the truck

Controller wiring
Controller harness is secured in the cab and plugged to controller

Pressure leak test
Holding pressure of 250 psi for 15 minutes, no leak on the charging ports,
refrigerant lines and compressor fittings

Refrigerant charge
System is vacuumed and recharged with 2.8 lbs of R134a
