Evaporator pan is connected properly to the drain pipe and water can drain
outside easily (there is enough slop on the drain pipe and it is not kinked.
No fault code on the controller while running the reefer unit
Condenser fan works smoothly and blow the air out
Evaporator fans works smoothly and blow the cold air out
Compressor works and cools down the suction line
Low and high pressure are in the acceptable range while unit running
Suction pressure: 15-35 psi Discharge pressure: 100-200 psi
There is enough gap between the evaporator core and returning air
temperature
3-5°C at fridge application and 1-3°C at freezer application
Measured voltage on the controller is in the acceptable range (11.5-13 V)
All the necessary parameters such as temperature set point, defrost operation
and interval timings, and termination temperature are set on the controller.
Condenser and evaporator plastic covers are secured in place and all the
screws are tight.
