Drain Installation
Make sure the drain is continuing to run down, at no point should the hose be
above the drain nipples on the evaporator
• Drill or cut hole for drain to exit the vehicles refrigerated space OR into a removable
bladder/bucket
• Secure drain against wall or support neatly to finish
• Tighten all securing clamps
• If the hose is deformed the clamps are too tight
Take into consideration how the vehicle will be loaded and unloaded. Limit the
inconvenience of the hose by running the hose tight to the wall
• Cut drain hose to desired size
• Attach hoses to the two drain nipples
on the evaporator
• Merge the drains to a common point
or T-connector
• Tighten all connection clamps
attaching the drain together
• Mount the T-joint at least 2” lower
than the evaporator
