Maintenance
✓ Refrigerant volume (check with level glass)
1. If volume is lower than the previous check, investigate leak by looking for oil
Condenser
✓ Remove all debris inside fan or in condenser
1. Disconnect main battery cable to avoid shock
2. Remove cover
3. Clean fan(s) and condenser with compressed air from a safe distance to avoid
breaking fins
4. Check if any plugs or connections are loose
5. Look at wiring see if any sign of excessive heat or dirt, clean if necessary
6. Put main cover back on and reconnect main battery
Evaporator
✓ Remove all debris inside fan or in condenser
1. Disconnect main battery cable to avoid shock
2. Remove cover
3. Clean fan(s) and evaporator with compressed air from a safe distance to avoid
breaking fins
Keep track of hourly usage and maintain the refrigeration unit every 1000 hours or
6 months. If you operate the refrigeration unit in a dusty environment, clean and
check for blockage immediately after
Never clean the refrigeration unit when connected to the battery or power supply
Use non-flammable solvents for cleaning
Never touch or power-wash the pipes or components inside the unit, use
compressed air from a safe distance away to remove debris
Always wear the proper PPE for eye and hand protection
