Troubleshooting
Caution: Beware of unexpected starting of the unit. Ensure that the controller is OFF
before touching the Condenser or evaporator unit. Due to control system requirement,
unit may start the fans, blowers, and compressor unexpectedly.
• Under normal circumstances, any problems with the reefer unit should be indicated by
the fault codes on the digital control panel which are listed in the table next page.
• Other symptoms that might not show up as fault code are listed in the same table next to
the fault codes.
• Suggested troubleshooting actions related to each fault code or symptom are listed in the
following table in this section.
