Condenser Installation
It is recommended to make a card board trace of the unit and where mounting holes
are to make the process quick, and easy
It is good practice, if possible, to connect the condenser, and evaporator with hoses
properly on the ground to examine for leaks. It is hard to find a small leak when the
unit is mounted
• Measure and mark holes for condenser mounting plate as well as 3” hole for running the
AC hoses.
• Verify the position of the hole for passing the hoses, and wiring with the inside body,
clients application and vehicle, and condenser cover in mind
• Drill (5/16”) holes for bolts
• Drill a 3” (76mm) hole through the roof for the hoses and wiring
