Evaporator unit
The evaporator unit is mounted inside the insulated compartment and circulates the cold air. It
is connected to the condenser unit with 3 refrigerant lines; suction, liquid, and hot gas. Also, it
needs to be connected to a water drain to allow the condensed water out of the cooled area.
The evaporator unit consists of; evaporator coil, TXV (thermostatic expansion valve), cooling fans,
air and defrost temperature sensors, and CPR (compressor pressure regulating) valve.
