Error Code Description

problem, replace the motor or sensor.
H032 Error occurs during movement from the 4-axis collimator's up

the equipment is turned on.
- Check the connection to the Exposure Switch and perform Reset
the equipment.
H102 Error occurs when there is no response to CAN communication.
