2.1. Hardware Components and Functions
z LED Lamp: Indicating the current X-Ray emission activity of unit. While it stays green when the
unit is idle, led lamp turns orange when the unit is in operation.
z Emergency switch: stop the movement of the unit when it abnormally operates.
z Sensor Module: Digital X-ray image sensor module for Panoramic and Dental CT imaging units.
With its Auto-Switching sensor technology, there is no need to change sensors when imaging
mode changed.
z Chinrest: provide the patient comfort and rest while imaging, thus producing better image.
z LCD panel: the supporting device to monitor and control the Unit activity.
z Handle frame: is used for the patient to hold firmly while imaging to stabilize his or her position.
z Column: is used to adjust the unit height according to the height of patient.
