Coffee overflows from the edges
of the filter holder.
There is dirt in the filter holder seat that
prevents the coffee from coming out of the
spout.
Clean.
Unit gasket worn out. Replace.
Spray heads clogged. Clean or replace.
The coffee is too cold.
Machine not ready. Wait until it reaches the operating temperature.
Coffee is not dispensed or
dispensed too slowly.
Unit/s off. Turn on the units.
Insufficient water supply. Check the supply line.
Dispensing hole of the filter holder clogged. Thoroughly clean the filter holder with specific
detergent and using a toothpick.
Too fine grinding. Adjust the grinder/doser.
The machine does not dispense
steam.
Dispensing nozzle clogged. Clean.
Dispensing ducts obstructed. Call a technician to descale the machine.
Faulty steam tap. Call Technical Service.
The machine does not dispense
hot water.
Faulty dispensing solenoid valve. Call Technical Service.
