Power Loss
Battery Isolator strip not removed. Remove and discard the battery isolator strip (see
Item 2 in Figure 2-11 on page 2-10).
Battery is installed in backwards
with ‘ +’ side of battery facing down
in holder.
Remove the battery by gently lifting the retaining clip
over the battery as you slide it to the right. Reinstall
the battery with the ‘+’ side up, by sliding it from right
to left under the retaining clip until it snaps securely
into the holder:
Bad battery. Replace battery.
