Preparation at the field
Swath discs [+]
By fitting one or more swath discs (maximum 4 swath discs can be
mounted) the swath width can be regulated according to the desired
swath width.
Small swath adjust-
ment
> Place the blade detachment tool into the holder
> Move the blade detachment tool to the outside
The spring will be untensioned now.
> Remove the spring clip
Left swath disc
> Move the blade detachment tool to the right; the swath disc moves
inwards
> Replace the spring clip
Right swath disc
> Move the blade detachment tool to the left; the swath disc moves
inwards
> Replace the spring clip
Large swath adjust-
ment
> Place the blade detachment tool into the holder
> Move the blade detachment tool to the outside
The spring will be untensioned now.
> Remove the spring clip
Left swath disc
> Move the blade detachment tool to the left; the swath disc moves
outwards
> Replace the spring clip
Right swath disc
> Move the blade detachment tool to the right; the swath disc moves
outwards
> Replace the spring clip
