Gearbox
The machine contains one gearbox, which is the main frame. The
main frame is filled with grease. The grease level must be checked
and levelled
• once a year
• in case of excessive grease loss

Correct checking the grease level
Checking the grease level may only take place when
• the machine has stand still for a long time
• the machine stands horizontal
Otherwise a false grease level can occur. A false grease level can
cause serious machine damages.
Checking the grease
level
> Remove the check plug on top of the main frame
> Insert a small piece of steel or wood (without burrs) through the
check opening until the bottom
> Remove the small piece of steel or wood; the grease level must be
4 cm
> Replace the check plug
If the grease is below the horizontal axle, the main frame must be
filled.
Filling the main frame
> Remove the bolts
> Remove the access joint
> Insert as many grease till the grease is 4 cm
> Replace the access joint
> Remount the bolts
