V-belts
The V-belts must be tensioned regularly.
V-belt tension
Do not overtension the V-belts
Do not overtension the V-belts. Overtensioned V-belts can cause
damages to the bearings.
Distance X must be 1 mm. If this distance is larger, the V-belts must
be tensioned.
Proceed as follows:
> Loosen lock nut
> Tighten nut until distance X is 1 mm
> Tighten lock nut
V-belt exchange
In case the V-belts must be renewed, always exchange a complete set
of V-belts.
