Mount the knife and bolt on the new cutting disc.
Tighten up the bolt with a torque wrench to the torque shown.
Apply Loctite 242 or a similar product to all bolts.
Fit the cutting disc on the cutterbar.
Tighten up the bolt with a torque wrench to the torque shown.
Open the mechanical safety valve.
95 Nm +/- 5
70 ft. lbs. +/- 3
