Using Locks When no Spreader Used
The tripod can be used without a spreader using the three
lock positions.
1. 
Hinge Lock Slider in the neutral
OFF


Hinge Lock Slider in the engaged
ON





Caution! 
setting with the legs in the fully retracted position. Do not
apply excessive load.

Caution! Risk of damage. In No Spreader Mode
Lock ON
a new footprint area when raising or lowering the tripod.
No Spreader Mode
2. With the lock in the raised position the lock is ON.
Spreader Mode
3. With the lock in the lower position the lock is OFF.

Caution! Risk of damage. When using with a spreader or
dolly, ensure the Hinge Lock Slider is in the OFF position.
